The community studies series aimed to promote understanding of the diversity within and between different ethnic groups. The objective of this particular study, written in 2008, was to explore interviewees' experiences of living in London, and what they perceived to be the main issues facing Anglophone South Africans in London generally, with a sub-focus on Jewish South Africans. South African migration to the UK is well established, the UK being the primary destination. Whilst previous reports have focused on relatively disadvantaged migrant and BME groups, this report demonstrates that South Africans are something of an immigrant success story.
