Feedback from a seminar held by the Runnymede Trust, and the Equality and Diversity Forum, on the issue of the Socio-economic public sector duty. While the proposals were broadly supported, questions remain not only about the need to link human rights and inequality, but the scope of the duty and the measures needed for its enforcement.
