Although in the UK we all benefit from healthcare which is free at the point of use, health disparities exist. Black and ethnic minority people are more likely to suffer from ill health and less likely to receive the treatment they need from local services. Ethnicity should not be a barrier to good health and healthcare. We continue to challenge unequal health outcomes and highlight the systemic inequalities that exist within healthcare.
