Serena leads and supports numerous major projects and ongoing programmes across the Runnymede Trust’s research portfolio. Serena has research expertise race and gender and has particular interest in intersectionality, migration and race and place. She provides advisory support in qualitative research methods across the organisation and contributes to policy work, while sitting within the research team.
