Lai-Har Cheung is Head of Human Resources at Refugee Action, a charity which gives expert advice and guidance to those struggling to navigate the asylum system, and helps those with refugee status to settle into their new homes and communities.

She has extensive experience in leading strategic and operational HR, and has spent her career working in the voluntary and charity sector, including Action Aid UK, and NCVO. Lai-Har is CIPD qualified, and a TCM Accredited Investigator.
