Parliamentary briefing from the Runnymede Trust for the Promoting Community Cohesion, Fostering Shared Values and Preventing Violent Extremism consultation. While the authors welcome the aspirations of the document, the briefing not only outlines the need to ensure a clear distinction between community cohesion, the prevention of radicalism and the issues of race and faith but a need to foster good relations between colleges and local communities, both of which are likely to better aid community cohesion.
